GTGLOBE Full-Series HVAC System Engineering Case for a High-End Residential Project in Ningbo, China

This project is located in Ningbo, China, positioned as a large-scale high-end residential community with a total construction area of 50,000 square meters, covering multiple high-rise residential buildings, supporting commercial spaces and leisure green areas. There are more than 500 households in total, with a large span of unit types, ranging from about 90 square meters for the smallest unit to 1,000 square meters for the largest one. To adapt to the spatial characteristics and living needs of different unit types, the project adopts an independent system design for each household, ensuring that the HVAC system of each household can operate independently and be adjusted autonomously. Ningbo has a subtropical monsoon climate, with hot and humid summers (maximum temperature up to 38℃) and cold and damp winters (minimum temperature down to -5℃). Residents have high requirements for the comfort, energy efficiency, intelligence and functionality of the HVAC system. As a key high-end residential project in Ningbo, this project aims to create a comfortable, energy-saving and convenient living environment for residents, while highlighting the high-quality positioning of the community.

GTGLOBE Full-Series HVAC System Engineering Case for a Luxury Residence in Kuwait City

This project is located in the core high-end residential area of Kuwait City, the capital of Kuwait, positioned as a top-tier luxury private residence with a total construction area of approximately 800 square meters. It includes multiple functional rooms such as a master bedroom, secondary bedrooms, a study, and a home theater, as well as leisure spaces like a double-height panoramic lounge and an outdoor terrace. Kuwait City has a tropical desert climate, with extreme high temperatures reaching over 50℃ in summer and a long duration of high heat; the nighttime temperature can drop below 10℃ in winter, with significant day-and-night temperature differences. Based on the luxury positioning of the project, the owner has put forward extremely high requirements for the comfort, energy efficiency, intelligence, and aesthetics of the HVAC system—it not only needs to meet the precise temperature and humidity control of different spaces but also eliminate problems such as condensation leakage and operating noise that are prone to occur in traditional HVAC systems, which is overall consistent with the core orientation of building energy conservation in Kuwait's 2035 Sustainable Development Vision.
